Evening Workshop
All you need to know to knit a straightforward, but extremely covetable triangular shawl! This workshop will take you step by step through the pattern, and includes the yarn – a 4ply blend of merino wool & silk. This gorgeous yarn is hand-dyed in Uruguay by a Fair Trade yarn company which supports a Women’s Cooperative, enabling women living in rural districts to work locally. Suitable for knitters who are confident with casting on & off, and knit and purl stitches.
| Materials: | If you already have a 5.5 mm circular knitting needle, at least 80 cm long, please bring it with you; otherwise a needle can be purchased on the day. Yarn for this workshop is included in the price but you may need more depending on the project. |
