Learn to Knit

Evening Workshop

Aimed at adults who would love to take up this absorbing and creative hobby for the first time, as well as those who perhaps learned as children but have forgotten! This evening workshop will take you through casting on and off, and the knit and purl stitches. All knitting (however complicated it may look) is basically a combination of these techniques, so once you’ve mastered them, the world’s your oyster… knitting-wise at least!

Materials: If you already have a pair of size 4.0mm knitting needles, please bring them with you; otherwise needles can be purchased on the day.
Yarn for this workshop is included in the price.
