Workshop — Knit a traditional Tea Cosy

Keep the best drink of the day warm with this traditional-style tea cosy. By simply using garter stitch in two colours to create the gathered effect which fits all the best tea pots. Then, why not go mad and add pompoms!! – a must-have optional extra.

Experience level: suitable for all but complete beginners.

How to book: A £10 deposit is needed to secure your place payable no later than a week before the event
Refreshments: Tea/Coffee and jelly babies are included.
Materials: If you already have a pair of 4mm knitting needles, please bring them with you; otherwise they can be purchased on the day. Pattern and yarn are included in the price of the workshop.
Getting there: The nearest parking is in the Central car park, just a short walk from the Mill. Fisherton Mill is close to Salisbury railway station.
Access: The Gallery is reached by a staircase. We regret that The Mill has no disabled access to the first floor.
